Canceling an Order

You can cancel any order up to 48 hours after you place your order.
If you have missed the time to cancel, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs may apply!

Canceling a Return

Did you change your mind to cancel a return? No worries, as long as the product is with you, you can cancel the return.
If you have missed the time window to cancel, you can always order the product again.

Returns/Exchange

You can return the product within 30 days. To return or exchange a product, please fill the form and please complete the following steps.

• Print the filled return form and include it in the package.
• Place the item into a sturdy shipping package, ideally the box it was shipped in, ensuring it’s structurally intact
• Include all the product’s original packing materials, items, manuals and accessories.
• Give the package to your local parcel carrier or we can arrange return pick up, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• If you opt for the option of us picking up the product, please print the return label and shipping label provided and paste it on the outer side of the package. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

**The original shipping charges incurred in your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return

• Clearance Items
• Discounted Items
• Items you have already assembled/installed

Refunds

• Vanity bases, mirrors, wall cabinets, medicine cabinets, linen cabinets – 3 year warranty
• Vanity tops and splashes – 1 year warranty
