But what if that feeling of safety, that deep sense of belonging, didn’t come so easily? For many in the LGBTQIA+ community, “home” hasn’t always been synonymous with comfort or acceptance. And that’s something we’re here to change.
At MagickHome India, we believe home should reflect who you are, unapologetically. Our Pride Month campaign, Make Room for Pride, is more than a celebration - it’s a call to action. It’s a reminder that every person, regardless of identity, deserves to feel completely themselves in the spaces they live in.
Why Pride Belongs in Design
Design is often viewed as aesthetic, but at its core, it’s deeply personal. The spaces we inhabit are an extension of our identity. When we “make room,” we’re not just talking about furniture layouts, we’re talking about giving space to queer stories, perspectives, and lived experiences in every room.
It’s about more than rainbow flags. It’s about recognizing that comfort is universal, but style is personal. Each identity brings its own palette, patterns, and narratives. And every one of those deserves to be seen and celebrated not just tolerated.

Ensuring our collections don’t assume a singular kind of family, love, or lifestyle. From cozy corners adorned with gender-affirming artwork to bold statement walls that shout confidence, we’re designing with intention.
We’re also reimagining how we present our work- more inclusive photoshoots, diverse collaborators, and content that reflects the vibrancy of real lives, not just idealized versions of them. Because representation matters. Because design, when done right, has the power to affirm identity, foster belonging, and heal.
Whether it’s a quiet minimalist sanctuary that whispers pride, or a bright maximalist space that dances with it - home should feel like you. And we want to help make that happen.
